Payment Methods

For US orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards and PayPal.

The credit card billing address must be an exact match to the address on the cardholders statement and it will be verified with the bank issuing the credit card.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may request that you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

International orders must be paid for through PayPal or with a US Postal Service money order.

Purchase Orders

Are accepted from educational institutions and from customers with pre-approved credit.   Approved credit applications are required for customers wishing to be set up as Net 30.  Purchase orders can be submitted via the website or email orders@avogadro-lab-supply.com 

Credits & Returns

Returns are accepted with prior authorization and then only within 14 days of delivery.  Authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid.  No refund will be offered until the goods are received and verified to be in a re-salable condition with the original packaging intact.  Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price only less a 15% restocking fee.

Prepaid return mailing labels will be made available for goods that are to be returned to Avogadro's Lab Supply due to an error such as an incorrect item. 

All shipments are insured, damages that occur in transit must to be reported to the carrier and Avogadro's Lab Supply.  Each carrier has their own reporting requirements.

International Sales

Many countries impose an import tax / duty on products purchased in another country.  These fees are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.  Avogadro's Lab Supply does not charge or collect the import taxes or duties mandated by foreign governments.  You must contact your Customs Bureau to ascertain what those fees will be.
