Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards and PayPal.  The billing address zip code and street number must be an exact match to the address on the cardholders statement. 

Purchase Order

Used only for customers with pre approved credit.   Approved credit applications are required for customers wishing to be set up as Net 30.  Credit applications take 5-10 business days for processing .

International Sales

Many countries impose an import tax / duty on products purchased in another country.  These fees are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.  Avogadro's Lab Supply does not charge or collect the import taxes or duties mandated by foreign governments.  You must contact your Customs Bureau to ascertain what those fees will be.   

Customs Declarations

It is unlawful to file a false instrument with the United States Bureau of Customs .  All requests to misrepresent package content, value or to declare the shipment as a gift will be denied.

Credits & Returns

Returns are accepted with prior authorization and then only within 14 days of delivery.  Authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid.  No refund will be offered until the goods are received and verified to be in a re-salable condition with the original packaging intact.  Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price only less a 15% restocking fee.

Prepaid return mailing labels will be made available for goods that are to be returned to Avogadro's Lab Supply due to an error such as an incorrect item or defect.

All shipments are insured, damages that occur in transit must to be reported to the carrier and Avogadro's Lab Supply.  Each carrier has their own reporting requirements.
